Refund policy

• Firearms: All firearm sales are final once transferred to an FFL. Refunds/cancellations may be possible before transfer; restocking fees may apply.
• Ammunition: No returns or refunds due to safety regulations.
• Other Products (gear, apparel, accessories): Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective.
• Training Services: Refunds available if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class.
